The DC Metro’s Xtreme Hike 2018 is going to be held at the beautiful Snowshoe Resort in WV on Sept 22nd.

Join the fight to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis AND challenge yourself by participating in the DC area’s “Xtreme Hike,” an annual Cystic Fibrosis Foundation event. Meet some cool people, enjoy any of our summer training hikes, and prep for the big event.

Join Our Meetup Group Xtreme-Hikers-Hiking-for-a-cure-of-Cystic-Fibrosis to get notifications and info concerning our training hikes.

What’s “Meetup”? Meetup is a social networking site that allows you to find and join groups related to your personal interests. We use it to organize our training hikes. It allows the hiking leaders to post details about the hike, such as date, location, etc. We also include a description of the particular trail. In addition, you can see who is attending and how many others are participating. (Great for carpooling). Meetup is a free site and a valuable tool for us.
