Once you register for Xtreme hike, we ask you to commit yourself to raise the suggested amount of funds to support the CF Foundation’s mission to find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Please refer to your HIKER COMMITMENT AGREEMENT for all fundraising policies.
Total Suggested Fundraising Minimum
- Amount to be Raised: $2,500
- Any corporate sponsorships you garner will also be credited towards your fundraising goal!
How are the Minimum Goals Determined?
Fundraising minimums are calculated based on keeping XTREME HIKE costs at no more than 25% of funds raised. We strive to keep all of our costs low while still providing you with the best endurance training and HIKE weekend experience possible!
TOOLS & ASSISTANCE
To support you in your fundraising efforts, we have developed several fundraising packet and tools and our experienced staff is available to assist you in becoming a successful fundraiser. We recommend an online letter writing or “snail mail” campaign as the backbone of your fundraising strategy.
Once you sign up we will give you the Xtreme Hike fundraising packet. This packet will give you many ideas for raising money for the CF Foundation. We also have volunteer mentors that can spend time with you and help you in your fund raising effort.
